Hey! Remember at the end of the last episode about cats when I said I needed to take a shower? Well join me in this episode where I take that shower and dive into the nature of water! Actually the funny part is I recorded this episode before that episode but that episode transitioned so well into this episode that I felt like posting them in reverse chronological order. It's funny how life can work out like that sometimes! Life is like the cyclical nature of water in that way, you need steam to form into clouds to form into rain to form into puddles that form into steam. All of those steps are happening simultaneously, take any one of those steps away and the water's cycle is halted until theres enough energy in the environment to overcome the step that was removed. If it gets so cold that the puddles freeze, then the water is trapped until the ice can melt. On the other hand if it gets so hot that all the water particles become so energized that no clouds can accumulate together, then there will be no rain and that hot area will get hotter. Everything in nature moves in an unseen and perfect balance and in the case of this episode there is a lot that I'm glad goes unseen ;P

*intro* All right. I'm taking a shower right now. I figured why not try to record a podcast? Because I love showers. They're a great time to think. But the problem with the showers, you always come up with a really good idea and you're too wet to write it down like, you can't use any technology in the shower. I don't know. Some of are barroofs now. might not have the same audio quality. audio quality is gonna be shit on this one. This one's just for fun. I'm just in the shower thinking. Some of my best thoughts come to me while I'm in the shower, and I pop out, and I grab my phone and I do a little voice recording, and then I get back to my shower. So today. Sure's gonna put a long one. I don't know, I'm just hanging out. I'm not able to put this thing down. It's too cold, but I'm afraid of getting too close. I gotta go. I need to adjust the water. I like my showers very, very, very, very hot. There was like a meme that went around a while ago that was like. I like my showers to be hot to practice coaling in hell. I thought that was pretty funny, but.. that's not why I like hot showers. I like hot showers because it really just kind of opens. Ooh, it's a spider in here with me. I have an audience. It really opens up all your pores and everything. It really, uh. like, helps move things along, especially if you feel like I gotta help this guy out. feel like a tummy ache or something. A hot shower always helps that out here. I'm helping the spider out of the shower. I always do this for spiders. I feel so bad for them when they get stuck a lot of showering. I just put them up on the window, so it's weird. One time there was a spider in here with me and I got the feeling to be like, let me like reach out my finger real gently, like and put it near it, and I put my finger right near it, and then it reached out and you know, connected fingers with me. It's pretty cool. And then it jumped back really scared, as soon as it connected fingers with me, and then a while later, I saw another one. I know it was another one. because it was a different size. And I think it was like a baby or something, like the next generation. And it came up to me and like put out its finger like a memory got passed on. from generation to generation of spiders. This guy's just looking at me, sitting there right now. That's weird. Yeah, Oh, he's doing a little arm thing too. Dude, he knows I'm talking about it. Maybe I'm popular in the spider community. He's through a little cheering move now. That's awesome, sweet, I love spiders. Actually, I shouldn't say that. I do love spiders, but they do scare the shit out of me sometimes, especially like when they come out of nowhere, especially when I don't know what kind of spider it is. Especially if this is kind of spider it kind of hurt me. Camel spiders are fucking crazy. They're giant. Basically, any spider from Australia. No thanks. I moved to California and I was like, oh, shit, they have venomous stuff out here. That's fucking insane.Cause I'm from Massachusetts and they don't have I think rattlesnake is like the only thing. I don't think they have any venomous spiders.. I don't even think rattlesnake is right, but I'm in the shower and I don't want to type and Google that.. See, there's a good excuse, too. If I'm in the shower, boom, I have an excuse for not fact checking myself.. I was supposed to be thinking about the quality of water, and I was like, man, I want to do my next episode on water and title it water, because because apparently, my formula for creating episodes is just can pick it a noun or a verb, and then roll with it, like, even if it doesn't even reply. But, yeah, I guess water's a noun or ferm that I picked this time. It could be an action. Water can be an action, especially if it's water, if you know, you know. But Yeah, water has really cool properties to it. It's really like, it's no like wonder that I think clearer in the shower because water has the ability to like cleanse your energy, like wash it through literally washes away the dirt yesterday. But in a way, like, having a constant stream of ionized and temperature controlled particles from bargaining your body, obviouslyviously, it's gonna change the electrical what you habits that's going on in inside of your body and readjusts your vibes, you know? Vibes are weird. That's why I did the whole energy thing, man, and that wasn't even like all of it. That was just like, a fucking rant. All of this is just like rants. I said, I try to make him fun. I don't know. I don't know what the fuck is going on. See, the reason. Okay, so I got into podcasting when I was like. I don't know, like 17, 18, but I kind of stopped doing it for a while, and I always thought, like, oh, I need a co host, you know. It's gonna be weird if I'm doing it by myself., I kind of put it to the side for a bit when you, how my co hosts kind of fell apart on me, which kind of put suicide. But then I was having a threesome, and afterwards, we were chatting, and they were like, doo podcasts. And I was like, "H, I used to why are you bringing it up?" And they're like, "You remind me of Tom Dillion." And I was like, "W. Oh, shit. Is that his name? Dylan Tomion? Fuck. I don't know, I didn't know who he was, still kind of don't. I Googled him. He was just sitting there by himself, talking into a microphone, and I was like, oh, I get it. I get it. I felt like I kind of looked like him if, like 13 year old me never was like, uh, hey, let's lose this weight. I was like, "Oh, man, that's me. Parallel universe shit if you listen to the energy podcast, you know? We're all like living the same parallel universe within the singular universe. It's a very oniony kind of bullshit, but. Yeah, yeah, I started going on a hole, schizophrenic cook and, oh, I get it. realizations. But I don't know, you can't really call it schizophrenic, because the realizations did actually have a basis in reality and it did actually make sense. And then over time, I was just like, like, I didn't really like get it in a moment. I think that's always a thing with me where like, I get it, but then I actually need to live it to under really feel and understand it. And it took, like, moving away from everyone and being alone for a little bit to really understand, like, oh, dude, I can just pause podcast by myself. I can just do, like, whatever I want. And then if people want to hop on, they can hop on, if I, you know, maybe eventually, I'll find a c host after, like, showing off what I got, you know, maybe somebody would come along that can equally balance me out. which is definitely a challenge. Yeah., I was just like, yeah, man, let me get on my buggy and ride. But lately, my brain has been real foggy. It's been real.. I got know know, I feel like I just entered, like, another training phase or something. I don't know, just like another level. And, uh, I don't know. It's like a do I fight the fog? Do I fight the, like, lethargy? Do I fight the sleepiness, or do I try to find new and interesting ways to like overcome it? And right now, this is my attempt at finding a new and interesting way of overcoming the fog, which is recording in the shower. And, you know, it's gonna have some really weird, like, background effects. I'm listening to the water as it's tripping right now. It actually sounds kind of cool. I'm hoping that sounds it's getting picked up. It's just like, man, I gotta get out into new environments, but get out is expensive. I was thinking, like, oh, man, if I'm driving around and recording and everything, that's just gonna add up pretty quick. And then now you can see you help being in a shower. It helps me think these things through a little bit, because this is a new environment and I'm like, this is somewhere where I'm always thinking, why don't I just don't you just do it for once and just see how it it comes out, you know, just experiment, have fun, you know, maybe that was part of why I was stagnating a little bit because I was falling too much into a rhythm instead of like continually experiing.menting. I don't know. But that's like it falls into the same thing. Do I fight against the rhythm? Is a rhythm really a bad thing? Is peace really a bad thing or I just got so used to like unpeacefulness that when actual peace comes around, I'm, like thrown off a little bit, and I'm uncomfortable because I've gottenten so comfortable in unpeaceful times. You know? It's a real brain fuck. Like, as soon as it gets quiet, I'm the type of person just managed too quiet, and I start looking for something. and Whether it be like a problem or a project, I just, I'm still always looking for some subject that gets quiet. Or should I just be, you know, enjoying the quiet, lay down and relax, chill out, take a nap. You don't really need to do much. Spotify, which is who I mainly run the podcast through. Send me an email the other day and they were like, congrats, you got 10 messages at Earth 10 episodes. And for some people, that would be a whole season. I really started thinking about it, and I was like,Man, how do I want to end this season? Because it didn't feel like that was the end of my season, but it felt like they were telling me, like, hey, man, end your season. And I didn't really feel like ending my season. So I really kind of brought up the question of like, oof. What is going to be the end of my season? When do I take a break? What is my plan for the future and how am I really going to hire this out? And I kind of didn't realize that I was, like subconsciously setting it up for myself, from the beginning without even knowing that I was setting it up for myself from the beginning, because I had schedule of all of my polls to close on my birthday, and every time I put a poll up, it's scheduled to close on my birthday, and like low key key, we're counting down to my birthday now. Like, I'm noticing, like last week it was 164 this week, it's 157 days of the pole being open. What I want was all of these poles to close at once on my birthday, so I would have like all the data, I'd have a little birthday gift to myself to go through. But I didn't realize that like, oh, dude, that's actually also probably a good time to stop. Like, that's probably a good time to call your season. And that'll kind of line things up, especially where it's like named Adam has a podcast and it's on like Adamjacapello.org. Like, yeah, I think ending it a season on my birthday is a pretty good idea because that's like the end of my season in real life, sort of, and we're moving on to the next season. So I think maybe I'm going to end this season on my birthday, which is December 5th. So I think that gives us like 24 or 20 more weeks of episodes, and then I'm going to let the break go until.. I don't know yet. Because I don't think I'd consciously figured that one out yet. It's funny how many things you subconsciously figure out before you consciously figure it out. And doing things like talking to yourself in the shower really help you kind of figure those things out. Being in the shower is a really comfortable place for me, but granted, I'm not going to make this one too long because I don't want to waste too much water and be obnox.xious with it. So we're running out 13 minutes now. Maybe I'll wash my hair. All this is recording.. audio quality totally sucks after this point. I'll see you later, guys. This was just a quick little fun experiment that I tried, but. the audio of quality keeps up. Then the video will continue. Or the recording. See, doing audio only is what makes things like this possible, because what would be demonetized video is now just like a really awkward, weird recording. I was thinking about that earlier show. I was like, man, how much personal information am I okay with giving out?" And I realized, like, one of them acts accidentally did end up giving out, like, oof, okay, whoops. That was a lot of personal information. it really makes me wonder, like, "W, how much of this, you know, where's the balance?" That's always what I'm talking about, is finding your balance within things. That is the hardest thing. It's fun fine, maintaining, specially right now, it's like, 4, 3, 4:00 in the morning, I'm definitely out of balance right now. I'm talking to myself in the bathroom at 4:00 in the morning, I'm out of balance. The whole point of the shower, I have a showerered in, like, two days. The whole point of the shower was to help put myself back on balance. And one water really, you know, helps facilitate those things. Somebody seen online, ironically, he has a unit name is Superman's dad, which is kind of funny. That's. awesome. His name is J L. He was the first person that I saw say it. I'm pretty sure other people have said it from before and he said, like water is it's a crystal. And it kind of dawned on me I was like, well, whoa, shit, wait, yeah, you're right. Water is a crystal. It's too hydrogenity and oxygen in the crystall structure. It's just crystal.. Not our own name. These are two things that help you wash your hair, but, you know, it can help you manifest things in that nature and and whatnot too. So it makes me wonder if that's why showers are a good, like, place to think in. in stuff like that, because you're like, essentially in this fortress of solitude of like, manifestation. That's what it feels like, shower feel like to make Fortress and solitude. You feel like we're inviting you guys into my fucking ice castle right now. I'm watching a lot of Superman that low frankly. Wash it like this. This is. I's a bit like weird, but whatever. watch Superman low it's like a three fucking shel, surprisingly good. I don't know. I'm just, like, lonely or something. But I'm loving it. Great show. I'm loving the whole getting to see in the Superman's family life and shit. It's on sometimes. I don't. What else am I doing lately? I Watch through my armpits now, do.. It's big. I don't know. I just felt like I was in a funk last couple days. I mean, I know the reason why I'm in a funk. I don't say that for a different episode. Actually, maybe maybe not. Maybe it' be a call out to another episode. Dude, I found a cat. I found a kitten. Fucking threw my whole shit out of laugh. That's why I feel like I'm on like a whole another kind of like training arc, like the second half of my training arc now just opens up. I have to kind of like make that decision of like finding a power of movement, but then peace. Is that a contradiction? Is peace is still this, or is peace like a skate of mind? What is peace? It's been the weird side of the TikTok. We with the tarot side and the conspiracy therists, and that's so tarot shit. I' stuck in the. witchcraft fucking TikTok. Sometimes they put me on crazy TikTok and I get scared and I close the app for a away. So I think they learned what my comfort things are.. Each time I close the app, and they give me more of those things to keep me on the app longer, but then they give you that little lady that says, "Hey, you've been spending a long time on this app, so they don't feel bad about giving you everything that you want to watch on the app. See, the cool thing about being in the shower, too, is that you get temperature control it, so once you get too hot, can cool it right down. And I just want to reiterate. It's such a long long shower because I haven't showered in, like, three days. I'm gonna fucking take a trowel to the scum of my body. I't. This is looks dumb, actually, I got a lot of. Surprisingly, I'm not surprised. I'andra that will go away if you just wash your hand. which I did, but probably gone now. Yeah, I walk very is pretty cool. More 90%. Water. It's like an essential thing to survive. I saw another person on TikTok. Don't remember their name now. They said that drinking straight water actually dehydrates you sometimes because it's off from the crystalline structure, so then your body has topend the energy to put it in there like a body compatible crystalline structure. I don't know. All I know is that sometimes when I skateboarding, I get very, very, very sweaty, and then I get very thirsty, and then I chug a lot of water, and then I feel fine. So I think you'll be all right just drinking normal water. I don't think you need to drink special fucking magic crystal water or whatever, because technically all water is magic crystal water. What? I gotta brush my teeth now. So you can enjoy this chocolate. or nothing sounds. You sound. of my shower as I brush my teeth. Right now, you're thinking, what the fuck, brushes their teeth in the shower. D, I do. I brush my teeth for the shower. Try it.. I wonder what it would be like to drink some water that was like stuck in a rock for a million years. Yeah, I smoke a lot of weed. Whenever I brush my teeth, it gets.. Got a hacked out yesterday. swim. It is the nasty part of the shower. This is the part of the shower that I should have not recorded.. The shower is are twins riuals. Very personal ones with that. You really probably shouldn't invite the whole public in some of your friends and ritual like this, but I don't know. podcasts is quickly becoming a thing that is constantly on my mind, so I figure mightus r feed it. You allow it to flourish rather than pe out and die. This is just something from to try experiment. Let's see what happens. Yeah. All the neophysical stuff aside, that showers are like sacred. Um personal time, that you used to like cleaning your body, which you now going into metaphysical stuff, which in turn kind of helps clean your soul in your mind. So you could even think about it, you're cleaning your soul in your mind, which helps you clean your body. Maybe that's why you can think so much in the showers, because you're cleaning your soul and your mind but it's just manifesting as cleaning yourself for the shower. You know what I'm saying? As I felt so below, doing the same things at the same time. Water's sick. Water is like the one thing on Earth that connects like all that. And are also thinking about oceans is from one thing on earth that Sac with that's all. pyring, hilarity, very good stuff, very cool funny things to talk about. While I podcast into the shower, and wash my legs and my feet deep guys wash your teeth in the shower. I think I remember the first time I ever washed my feet in the shower. I was like, 21 or 22 when I was with the ground in the shower, and she was like, "W, you should wash your feet." And I was like, "What the fuck are you talking about?" I never, what? Oh, it' I don't know, I figured the so would tickle down and get it. I see the so growing down on my toe. It's wine. And then I washed my feet for the first time ever. But then, low key, my feet started. stinking really bad until.. I pissed in the shower, I had had a drain gone. And then, I notice that my foot stench had gone away. and then I realized that our pee was acidic by nature to kill the more vicious kinds of fat too.eria, it would be towards the lower abs were gone. It's essentially like a antiseptic washing cooler, but it's pee, and it's gross. I remember one time I worked at this dispensary atigned Wellness, and the CEO's son started working with us for some kind of like teaching me a writ kind of thing. I don't know, I don't don't know what the fuck was going on there. Him and his boyfriend started working at the same time. Maybe it was like their cool, funny summer job, where they were learning about the real world, because I guess he went gone and I Iowas for trip in fucking some South American country and you definitely need to be put into the real fucking world after living in such a life where you can just go hk on a plane and do an aaca trip and flip the juars in the fucking jungle at fucking 21 years old, yeah. Totally agree that he should have been at that job more, so, and in the jungle doing ayahasca. But they'rregardless, one time, he keep it off one time, every single day, this dude would drink pedialyte. and it got to the point where I was wondering, I was like, dude, why do you drink so much pedialyte?" I was like, "Do you party a lot or something? Are you always, like, hung over or something? Like, you know, like, you shouldn't be drinking pedialy, like, every day. And he was like, "Well Pediite script for you. It hydrates you, you know, crystalline water helps hydrate you better than water. And I was all the way across the room, and I said, was like, it's the best thing in the entire world., the hydrate heo." I said, "Nah, you know what the best thing in the entire world dehydrate you is? Human piss." And then the look on his face, almost immediately, I couldn't hold it together. His face fucking almost immediately was like, ", I can't even describe it. I can't even mimic it. appalled. Not even holding back laughter. Just like, what the fuck did this douchebag is say to me? Across the store right now.? I don't know, maybe embarrassed. I don't I don't think he was maybe embarrassed for me, even. Just the look of his face was mah, more. Very nice. And I just immediately crapped up. I like, soon as he made the face, like a second, like into like I was saying the sentence and he made the face before I finished the sentence and then I just started fucking laughing. It was just like one of those faces. And I was like, shit, this guy needs to know. I'm joking right now. And then I was like, dude, I'm sorry, I'm I'm fucking joking. I didn't mean it. He was like, oh, no, don't. I get it, I get it. I understand.. Ronniest shit ever. Speak of the water, by the way. I think that that's a fun little story to end the soft one.. I don't know, I feel weird saying, I love you when I'm in the shower. But there it was, so that's your one for the week. Take it running. Keep it easy out there. and peace out.
