Inaudible mumbling, poorly mixed background music, and a very high host going on nonsensical ramblings about the passage of time and dreams. Yep, I'm back to being experi-mental for sure.
When I was younger I had a dream that my house was alone in the middle of a field of tall, golden grasses. There was an even taller fence seperating my house from the the field. In the dream my frisbee went over the fence into the tall grass. I climbed over the fence to get it. From the top I jumped down expecting solid ground but instead I was met with deep marsh waters filled with hungry, biting snakes. The snakes swarmed me and dragged me deeper into the water. I saw that the fence extended far into the blackness of the deep water. I clung on and began the drag myself up against the current of biting, hungry snakes. I broke the surface of the water and caught my breath. That's when I saw it, slithering across the surface of the water, a two headed snake. Knowing that even while seeing it that I still could not belive it I knew that no one else would believe me unless I took it with me. I freed one hand, clung close to the fence with the other, and grabbed it in a fist. I started my journey up the fence but one head of the snake started biting me. I pinched that head between my thumb and knuckle but then the other head started biting me. I switched to pinching that head but the head I had released started biting me again. I realized this two headed snake was a two handed job. Focused soley on bringing this unbelievable thing to the world of unbelievers I forgot all about the fence and let go to clamp down on both heads. I had conquered the two headed snake but I lost my grip on the fence and began to sink into the water where hungry snakes were waiting to prey on me. While being pulled into the blackness of the water both hands clamped on the two headed snake, feet clinging onto the fence for dear life, I knew I had to make a choice but that's when I woke up. The dream was presenting my waking self with a question to be considered. Do I let myself die trying to show the world the unbelievable or do I relish in the fact that I am one that gets to see and experience the "unbelievable"?
I hope you enjoy ;)

Episode: 6
*Intro* I decided, I'm gonna try something a little new right now.Cause I'm listen to this album, and I'm thinking about stuff. I was just really thinking about how... lately TikTok has a fast forward future. And I've been watching every TikTok super fast forwarded. And I've been slowing it down again with my mind to make it at a comprehensible speed. So effectively, I'm fast forwarding the tick TikTok so it occupies a smaller amount of time. But then, in my brain, I'm stretching out that time to make it just as long as it was before, but now it's occurring in a smaller period of time. I love messing with my perception of time. I don't know what it is. My brain moves not right through time. My brain moves a little bit sideways instead of forward and back. It's weird sometimes, because when I worked at the dispensary in Boston. There was it got to a point where almost every single night I was dreaming about the next day before it happened. It was like a I was double living life sometimes. I'd be standing there at a checkout with a customer and I'd be, "Wa, this is the exact moment that my dream started. And then everything would go according to the dream after that. Actually, no, it didn't because I was getting a little wigged out after a while, so sometimes I was getting a little bit quieter than I was in the dream. It was just really weird, kind of like showing me the mutability of time. Like, this is the most likely way that time will go, but then I can change that flow of time. with my actions and my choices. Man, it's trippy. I have a lot of prophetic dreams. I had this one dream one time that I was like, running away from something evil, so I ran back home to my childhood home. And I had somebody with me, and I was like, "We'll be safe here." But then my dad was like,. I don't know, trying to seduce the woman I brought home. And I was like, "Dude, we got to get out of here." And she's like, "You're not mad at me for, like, your dad flirting with me?" I'm like, "Why would be mad that he's doing something weird? That's not your fault. We got to get out here, 'cause he's demonstrating that it's not a safe place." And we were going outside, and he, like, ran out, and he started taking apart my car. and I was like, whatever. My siblings were down the street, like turning around their car, and they were turning around the street. But then these, like, shadowy figures came out, and I was like, "Oh, no, they're here.. And I was like, "You know what? I got this." And then I ran up to them, like, trying to like, I cocked my fist way back and I ran up to them, like, punching them and he like, like the lead one was like, like running at me, punching me at the same time, and both of our fists connected, like, fist on fist. and like, I made this, like, bloom burst come out, and it, like, exploded, and then like, the camera angle shot to inside the car with my siblings they were like,Wa, you can do that? Siiest dream. It was sick as fuck, though. I woke up and I was like, "Yo, I feel like a superhero right now that was sick. Maybe I was battling some kind of like, spirit world shit. I don't know. But the fact that that happened, it was a cool dream. It was very fun, very wild, very real. It was very real to feel my fist connect with the other fist and then the big explosion. It felt very real. That's, like, a fun one, but I've had two terrifyingly depressing dreams. Like, I remember this one time,, I had a dream that I jumped in a swimming pool, but as I jumped in, and as like, I was breaching the water, I breathed out, and then I hit the bottom of the pool, and I thought to myself, "O man, why did I just breathe out? I'm too heavy now. I won't be able to get to the top. And then I started struggling, trying to get to the top, trying to, I was thrashing in the water, trying to get out and breathe. and I woke up screaming and crying. Like it was terrifying, like, I just died. I like, I drowned in the fucking dream, and then I woke up screaming. Like, whoa, how the fuck am I still alive? And I was cry crying. And I was laying next to the now ex girlfriend. And I woke up, and she's like, "What the fuck is wrong with you?" And I was like, "I don't know." And, uh. she was just like, "Just go back to bed. It's it's fine, stop crying. You're fine. Go back to sleep. Like, "We're okay. It's all gonna be all right." That was nice. But in the morning, I didn't, like, I didn't feel like, comfortable bothering her with it anymore,'c like I was I kept talking about her all day long, she's like, "Stop, like, dude, I get it. You got a nightmare. Get over it." And I was like,All right, whatever, fine. I'm gonna And then I called my sister. And as I was calling my sister, she's like, "Dude, I'm reading an article right now. This, like, person just drowned, uh, in this lake or whatever. They just drowned off of a boat, and, like, their their kid, it was like, the only survivor that were, like, found like eight hours later, alone. And I was like, are you. What the, what the fuck are you saying right now? And apparently, like, at the same exact time that I was having that dream, someone, uh. died. And I was like, "Wa, dude, that was that was terrifying. Like, as a realization, like, "Wa, I'm that. like, unwillingly tapped into this shit. And then, like, a week later, I had another one, another really sad dream. I was in, we drove, I drove her back home from Boston to New York. and I had a dream that I was at a funeral, and I looked at the funeral card and it said, like loving mother on it. And I looked at it, and I said to myself in the dream, oh, my mom's been dead for a while now. Why does this still make me sad?" And I started crying in a dream, and I woke up, bawling my eyes out. And, uh that was the day of the funeral. And I was like, probably. My mom explained it it to me that, like, somebody, like, you know, a kid, probably needed strength, and you were probably, like, the strongest person for somebody in that situation and you, you know, have the energy to offer up. So you help them. They were like, you had the ability just to automatically help them, so so you gave a little bit of that energy to help. And like, maybe like a lot of people gave just a little bit of energy to make it so the situation so the kids survived the situation and it was just just a big culmination, but, like, it took a bit of energy from you. And I really understood that, like, well, we're all... We're all deep in the shit together. And then, um.. I had a whole s of dreams. Like I said, when I worked at the dispensary, I'd have, like, dreams about the day before, then wake up. kind of like groggy and like, wake up into reality and the reality would be the same exactly as the dream of it. What? And then when my man died at night of the funeral.. Or, like, the day after the funeral. Sometime around the funeral, I had a dream there that we were all at her funeral. Except she was also there. And she was greeting everybody, and she said, "Well, I got a lot better real quickly.. But we already paid for everything, so we're just going to do it now, and we're going to pretend. And then now we'll have to do it later. And then I was like, no. No, yeah, you're dead. There was something that I was I laughed, I giggled or something. I had some kind of realization. But then it was like, well, I'm glad that I could have made you laugh, but time's up now, okay? And I started being lifted out of a dream. And so peacefully, the most peaceful I have ever woken up in my entire life. so peacefully, I was like, "Whoa, I'm awake now." It was just, like, like, not even anything. Sometimes when I wake up, I wake up with a startle or something, and it's just it's usually, like, pretty hard to wake up or I'm still groggy, or sometimes I still feel like I'm dreaming, but it was like, no, you're in the awake world now. And the smoothness of being pulled out of the dream every going into blackness, then opening my eyes from my closed eye blackness into the reality around me,. It's haunting. And I was like a little bit confused, and I wasn't really in my body, and I was in my body, and it was like everything just was like automatic, and I took them my left hand, and I went up and I touched my eye. and I was like, "What's going on here?" I was like, "Oh, oh, I'm crying." And I took a tear, and I rubbed you in between my fingers. I was like, " I'm crying." And then a bunch of tears turned streaming down my face. I was like, "Why am I crying?" And then slowly, like, not as like a rush of realization, but slowly I realized, "Oh, yeah, my Nana died." And I started crying really loud. And I was like 2 at this point, or 22. I have my own apartment and stuff, but I started yelling, like, scr like, bat crying, like, bat and crying. And I remember thinking to myself, "Oh, no, my neighbors are gonna hear me. Everybody's gonna hear me cry crying. They're gonna think something's wrong." And then I thought, "Well, that's stupid. Something is wrong. My n just died. I'm upset. I'm gonna fucking cry. I'm gonna cry as loud as I want right now. I'm just gonna cry it all out. And I just wailed, and then this was like, maybe mid morning or something or late the 90s, I wiled, and then I just I just got all my energy out, and I felt this great sense of peace wash over me. and I fell back asleep. And then I pulled up, yada, yada, yada. And then another time after that, I had one more dream with her, where we were in her house, and she was like, sitting next to me, and my aunt was like sitting in a chair that normally my n sat in, so it was a little bit weird. But they also kept changing places like without changing places, like who was placed, where would change within an instant. And we were just like, chatting about something. And she she was like, " yeaheah, this is like a like a not real." She explained to me that it was a dream. She said, "L look at all this stuff." And she kept showing me memories and stuff that I thought I had forgotten, and she kept showing me little memories. And then she went, "You remember that time with just you, Kelly and I? And that was my Nana saying it, so it wasn't me, you know. And I tried her remember real hard. And she, like showed me a memory. She's like, "Look, look at this memory, when we were like, in the back of a car, I was like in the back of the car, and they were driving. And I was like, "This, uh, this never happened." And she's like, "Good. You see how your brain can make things that seem real, that you know didn't happen? Stop falling for the tricks." And then I woke up, and I was like, "Wa, hold on, wait a minute." She like, showed me like, a false memory that she created within the dream, or like, my representation of her created within the dream. And then she told me, like, look, the brain can create things that are not real and make you feel like it's a real thing. You know that you never spent time alone with Kelly and Nana and Adam. But in this dream, I just needed to look like you did. So remember that next time you have a terrible nightmare that feels so real that you can't believe it. And it brought me this great sense of peace because I was having all these really, realistic nightmares that were just terrifying. And I couldn't. I was having trouble getting over them. and she's like, "Dude, your brain can make things that look real because they cause anxiety or something like that, or they cause an emotion, cause your brain's testing you to see if you can deal with with that emotion. And sometimes, you know, in these situations, you don't want to have to deal with that emotion, and it's good the way that you're reacting in these dreams, because these are some scary dreams, but they're not real. They like, reminded me. And I kind of carry that around with them now, and I'm like, "Wa. That's why women, like, people can reach out through time and space and like, I kind of knew it was her time time to go,'cause she always would say it. She's like, "My time's coming soon." And I was like, "Yeah, it happened on Christmas. And I felt it's like her comfort permission. And I was like, you know, you already know my my answer. Go ask other people for their permission.Go ask the other ones. I already love you. I'm gonna do what's best for you, not what's best for me. I want you to stay forever, but that's not good for for you. And then it happened. that was all that, right. But I think it needed to happen so she could come literally inside on my brain and help me fix stuff, if metaphysical stuff. I always throw the " if" in there because it all could be just like some very elaborate survival mechanism of the brain to try and help you rationalize reality. I don't know, but even that in and of itself is like, "Wa, where's that even come from? That's another one of those crazy things that, like, "Why is the brain even doing that?" And you can be like, "W dreams are just like, but come on. Really? Come on." And then, let me think if I had any more crazy dreams. I had this one crazy dream with Billie Eilish, and then, I was like, I need to It felt really real. So I was like, I need to like send a message to her about this dream. So I have it in writing. So later on, I can be like, you know "Yes, it's a dream." And then I told my dad I did that, and he was like, later on, he kind of like shit on me, and he he was like, really mean about it. And I was like, "Dude, you literally, like, had a crush on Ronnie James Dal, like, stop. And it made me delete all the DMs, and I really regret deleteing all the DMs.'cause I even think I explained to her then, too, but that's like another one of those things where it's like, come off a message and a celebrity. I know there are people too, but they just have so many people in their inbox all the time.. But yeah, that was one of those. tripping dream times about something that I really enjoyed, that was a really fun dream. I was like, whoa, finally, like, a good dream. And I don't know, I've been kind of disconnected from the cremosphere lately. Not disconnected, but just the whole energy podcast took a lot out of me to try and sol that all together. I' And I was like stretching my brain over time and trying to remember all these things in the past. It's, like, really good, because, like, the next time I want to go out and try and say these things, you know, I don't have to, like, really work my brain that hard to get all the air bones again, you know? Everything's there. It's not stuff that X I have to think about anymore, since then I can move forward, because, you know, you spend too much time thinking about the past, you're not looking at the present moment. And I guess that goes for, like the same thing. is, there's messaging celebrities, I guess. Maybe you can just be positive. If you're gonna do it, be positive. Be a nice person, okay? Don't feed your. E. sweet and loving, and very free with your love. You don't owe you anything. Same way that, like, you don't even owe them anything to message them at that it works both ways. It's weird seeing people in, like, that kind of capacity is the same as, like, kind of like a dream capacity.'Cause it's like, all these Internet people now, they're there, but they're not really there. But we're all interconnected that like, well, yeah, they are there and a sense. You can think something and then you go online and everybody else is also thinking the same thing. It's like, whoa, where there's a way right now.. And I always knew that this, like, point in time was coming. Because, like I said, my brain was decided for some time. Sometimes it's, like, I think I shut down that part of my brain because it gets boring after a while, knowing what's gonna happen every single day. Especially when you have, like, a boring. Like, right now, I'm living a very boring life, so today know what's gonna happen, every other day, the next day, the next, it gets monopolous, everything blends together. It's like a schmear. And I was doing a schmear on purpose. Sometimes you have to smear through time if you think about things fourth dimensionally. Speaking about things fourth dimensionally, if you have, like a house or something like that and you want to put your own energy into it, there's, like, a certain amount of times that you have to, like, move through your house before your energy starts occupying it. You can feel it in houses. They just have, like, different energies each time. It's all just past occupants. Sometimes I'm trying to report the recording podcasts here, I have to, like, negotiate with the energies of the house, and sometimes like, it's like, I know I'm annoying you, but like, if you energies are going me back to the point where I can't do this, then I'm gonna stay here forever, because I'm only doing this to get out of here, and then I'll be out of your hair forever. So just let me do this right now. Stop interrupting me, Energies, and I'll be out of here forever. And then they quiet down, and I'm like, "Nice, that work. And it's weird sometimes, because you don't know if I like saying that all loud is, like, actually doing anything, or is it just, like, subconsciously making me feel better inside of my own head? That's very good.. Everything's very strange. I really want to know how other people's brains travel the time. I want to talk more about that, because I know that there's got to be other people out there. You know the drill, www. J C. Og. Or email me at 80 JC C dot at gmail.com. I think it would be really interesting to hear other people's dreams, you know, how their brains move through time, how things correlate. There was another dream I I wanted to talk about. But that's the thing about dreams you don't always remember. So those ones you do remember stand out a lot. Let's listen to some jazz for a minute, I think. This is Indonesian jazz, just found it on some weird website. I'll maybe put the link in the description. I don't even know if this is going to work either, 'cause it's playing off the same thing that it's reporting on. I don't know. Yeah, like I said recently, I haven't heard, but I' up.. Yeah, I do have a dream. It's, like, really fast. I'm kind of, like, out of sync with myself. Maybe if I try to get more in sync with myself, then I'll have a dream again. The dreams are just like. Allegories or metaphors for what you see in reality. Sometimes they have predictions for what we'll see in on. Sometimes they're just like things. But it's so odd that sometimes you can have a dream wake up and you have you living the same thing. It used to happen to me when I was younger, but it would take, like, sometimes years. first time it happened, it took like I had a dream and it took a few years to happen. And then after that, it was like, sometimes within like a half a year or six months or and they were out of order. Sometimes I'd have one dream and then I'd have another dream, and then that dream would happen, and then then some time would pass, and then I'd have the first dream happen. So it doesn't always act in order and stuff like that. It kind of mess you up. As soon as I got to it, it were the point where I had it, like, each day, I was dreaming about the next day, I was actually kind of low about myself. I was like, I'm doing it. I am becoming. That is which I am am, I am, yeah, I am, that is, and I never Yeah, kind of very all. You're gonna find your ways to spend your time. For me, it's listening to music, podcasting, watching TV.. I was going to say, looking for work, but I don't enjoy looking for work. I enjoy doing work. That's why I do podcasting and write articles and stuff like that, because you can only send so many applications in a day, you know, before it gets to the point where it's like, I'm not reading these anymore. I'm just. I'm just sending them in, like, you know, I feel like every time you get to the point where you're just, like, blump, like, sending them in and not really giving them your full effort, then that's the point you should stop, right? Yeah, keeping your mind busy is good, especially when you don't have work, sometimes you really do have to, like. For me, I'm also trying to discover new automatic revenue streams, so. podcasting kind of helps with that, kind of helps me suss things out of it. I'm trying to figure myself out a little bit to where I want to go with things. I'm gonna say some stuff about it in the comedy. Bobby cast or something like that. Certain kinds of humor I really enjoy now. I want to focus more on that, but they are kind of difficult to grasp. Not everything always hits. Sometimes you need a lot of contacts, you know, it's just trying to figure out what how to create them. Sometimes. You're really you really need money to even do anything. I'm like, oh, I want to just like go to a comedy club just to sit there and like feel the atmosphere if it's something I really want to like devote my life to. I've been to comedy clubs before when I worked at the dispensary I have the money. Now, I'm like,, you five dollars to ticketets. I'm like, fuck, I need to go buy weed next week,. And it's not like I need to go buy weed, but I tend to use weed rather than take pharmaceutical medication given to you by the doctor. I just kind of like therapist medication, I, I took, like, a bunch of different antidepressants, and we slowly found out that I'm allergic to most antidepressants. Like, my body is allergic to happiness or something.. And then, the only thing that really did work for me was like, a sedative, that was so heavy, that, like, I don't like to take it every day. But like smoking weed every day, it sedates me, but not so much to the point where I'm like a zombie.. Just coping. I was thinking about it today, and I was like, "What habits will I have in five years?" I'm thinking, like, "W, five years ago, I thought that I would like to have nicotine as a habit, like, to foresee over the next five years. I literally kind of thought that to myself, like, "Well, I'll probably be in into this for, like, five to ten years. And now I'm at the point in time where it's five years later, and I'm like, "Well, this next five years, I kind of don't think I want negativeity anymore." But I was thinking about it, I was like, I do see weed, though, in a foreseeable future. Like that one thing that, like, helps calm me down, helps, you know, it's a facilitator of things. It helpps facilitate healing, you know, play at the monsters and cry or like making art. Weed helped with that stuff. Weed helped with you you seeing through time. Maybe I was getting so good at seeing your time because I was consuming so much marijuana working at a dispensary. And my brain was just in like a perman psychoactive state. That's why I was getting real good at it. And now that, you know, I'm not smoking as much weed, that's why I'm not having as many prophetic dreams.. Yeah, the experience of time is very strange. Like I said, a minute ago with the TikTok thing too, like, I'm constantly, like, stretching or shrinking my experience of time. Like, if I don't want something to take a long time, I don't, like,, I don't want this to take a long time. I don't, like, get upset about it. I literally just shrink the amount of time that it takes in my brain. I'll make the task. short feel like it's shorter. It's still taken up maybe an hour, but to me, it feels like 20 minutes. If there's something I do want to do, and I I am really enjoying doing, it's kind of difficult. That's why I like marijuana facilities. You help slow things out and stretch the second. I don't know, I've always been like, reality's moving too fast right now. Like, reality's been too slow right now. So it's nice that I'm getting to a point in time where I like like,Oh, cool, my perception of time is being under my volition. You know, it's starting to be something that's under my control. I always thought about that since I was a little, like, everybody's second is different. And I just read an article the day that, like, some people's eyes actually perceived like more quote unquote "frames per second than other people's eyes. Like, their brains just register more information so than it outputs more information. So you're technically seeing quote unquote more than other people. That's why, like some competitive gambers are really good at games because they literally have like an evolutionary advantage to perceive more information. And it's like I wonder how that is applied to our perception of time.'Cause like, a TikTok or a vine is more like the original thing. A vine, six seconds always felt like a longer than six seconds kind of thing. If you're seeing it for the first time, it feels like sometimes it's like, "Wa, this is a really long six seconds." And then you go back and you watch it the second time, it's like," And it's really quick, and you're like, "Wa, that really is just six seconds. That's when I really started to notice, like, the perception of time changing. because I was like, how is it that the six seconds feels longer the first time time I view this video than the second time I feel a familiarity with it. I'm not expecting anything new, so my brain isn't fully, you know, stretching it out and interpreting it and trying to, you know, dredge every single little detail out of it, because it's the second viewer in my brain's already aware, so it goes bloom. I think that's way before Vine had to come down. They started making longer and longer videos. They're like, "Stop. We'll stop messing with people's production line." And then they're like, "Nam, in. can't put the shit back in the dog, They can't put the toothpaste back in the tube. And then Vine had to come down, and then they came up with TikTok, like, people upload like full SpongeBob exercise. But, yeah, being able to, like, stretch or shrink time, is something that I've always wanted to be able to do, and in fact, I don't be able to do it now is awesome. I think, though, I think I may be using it too much, because I'm literally just sitting here watching TikToks, like, on fast forward and then slowing them down with my mind. That's cool, but.. What's the point? Okay, the point is that I'm stretching the muscle, actually, there we go. I just found the point. The point is that I'm stretching this muscle, I'm growing this muscle. I wonder if I can't get it to the point where I I'm like, Joaro from JoJo's Bizarre adventure. I, the world. Fomb comes to a stop. Nobody everybody thinks that Dio's.. Is it Dio or is it Jos Sho? I don't know, they have like this same one. They have the same stand because it's the same... I'm getting into anime war. If you're if you're into that kind of stuff, let me know, ' because I mess around on anime war. But anyways, everybody's all like. His name, the Stan's name is the world. But they don't realize that it's the world comes to a star, because it's Dio, because Joe Turo's star platinum. There we go, I just remembered. But they are pretty much the same. Jo Cho has star platin. Dio has the world. And then Dio, every time he says it, he says the world, and then time stops to everybody else, so all they hear is the world. But thank you he keeps talking when he's in his own world universe, and he says, it comes to a stop. But, yeah, it would be cool to have that power. some stretch time to such a point. When I'm skateboarding, it helps me kind of fall into that zone, because I have to have fast reactions in order to stay safe and I would fall a lot at first. I felt like a whole bunch at first, and I got hurt. a whole bunch. But the other day, some lady, like, jumped in front of me, skateboarding,'cause I was like, out of breath and I was crouching, and she like, was messing with me and she, like, jumped me and she's like, ha ha! And I was like, "Oh, you won't get me, I'm going to skateboarding." But then I rolled over. great, I fell. But then, I fell before like that, so I knew, and I caught myself, and I did a little spinny thing, and I was like, oh, no, you did get me. And it was a good laugh, but I didn't get hurt. like, I normally grew up. There's this other time that I, like, hit a bump or something. I, like, said to myself, "Oh, here, like, I knew I was gonna fall that day. And I was like, "Oh, this is the fall." And then I like, like, the wheel bit or something. It was something weird, something weird just happened, and I fell. But then I knew I was falling, so then I did, like this weird, like, ninja summerault, and then, like, I landed into, like, a low front stance. And I swirled my foot around like a ninja. And this kid was coming up the stairs. These two dudes are coming up the stairs. And they saw the whole thing, and I just went,Hell yeah. And he what the fuck? He was like mindblown, look on his face and he was like, is this guy like something? Like, is this guy a secret age or some shit? Fucking awesome. So, yeah. I just is a really optical skill to life, to be able to stretch the second and then change your momentum and, you know, accurately be able to, like, save yourself. There was even this one time where I was skateboarding through Boston and this dude jumped out from behind a corner because he got off of, like, a bus and he was running to the 7 Eleven. He got off a party bus, and he was dressed in a tuxedo. and he was running into the 7 Eleven, and I didn't see him'cause he jumped out the corner at the same time I was passing the corner. And I ran into him, and I was so afraid that I was going to knock him over because I saw the suit, and I was like, suit, lawsuit, more like it." So I bear hugged him, kicked the skateboard back, picked him up, turned around and put him back on his path where he was going, straightened out his suit and like patted him off. And I was like, you okay there, man? I'm so sorry about that. And he was just like, what the fuck, who the fuck is this guy? And I did the same thing to some guy's wife by accident one time. I almost ran into it, and I like I was like, "Oh, no, I'm so sorry. I like, picked her up and like swirled her around. She's like, hee he he he. And the dude was like, " ugh." And I was like, " I'm sorry." It was fun. It was all in good heart. Like, what am I gonna do? Fucking hop on my skateboard, you pill, a random lady in the street? No, man, chill. That's those times where you, you know, you have to have a good reaction speed. You really wish that you could stretch a second, and I'm glad that you don't I'm getting in the p put where I can stretch a second. So, should I keep practicing it by watching TikToks and fast forward? I should just stop watching TikToks. That's what I should start doing. You know what was weird was when I was trying to write the script for the energy thing, it was taking me forever to transcribe it from handwriting to computer script. And I was like, "There's gotta be a way that I can condense my amount of work that needs to be done into a shorter amount of time so that I can get more work done in a like a shorter time frame. And then I did it. I did it that same exact night. I was like, I have, like, at least two or three days worth of typing left. And then I looked at the clock, and it was like 2:00 in the morning or like one or two in the morning, and normally I was only I was done by like, three or four. So this was like, what? And I looked at I was like, one or two. And I was like, " I'm done. How am I did I do that?" I really just did compress time like that. But you also got to look at it that after a while I started voice typing, and isn't that also compressing your ability to do work within a shorter amount of time? But the voice typing's been required at editing, but then I was able to edit all of that too, when I was I got all of it done really faster than I thought it would. So that's how sometimes, like, it's very kind of literal, but not literal. How do you condense your amount of work that you can do within a shorter amount of time? Oh, you just do your work differently. Sometimes you really do just, like stretch it condense a moment. Like, I remember I was working at this office, and I was like, "Wow, the days are flying by." But every time I say that out loud, at a new job, the days stopped flying by. So I just didn't say it this time. And then the days kept speeding by, like speeding up, and I was like, "Lit, it's working. him then it got to the point where my coworker was like,S feels wrong. It feels like the days are going by like way too fast right now. And I was like, "Oh. Whoops, that was my fault. It's not central to me, it's not only my perception. It must be like this little centralized pocket. We're all experiencing it work, the work pocket of time. That's how time can move in pockets and stuff like that. Like, they say closer to a black hole, time moves slower, but I think it does the same thing on a minute scale, I think, right now, we're only able to really, like, sense it or, like, measure it near a black hole, because that's how extreme it is. And our technology isn'tensitive enough to really detect the minute differences. So they have to point it at the extreme, you know, source in order to calibrate it. But I think that time, it moves differently for, like, different people and like different localized regions. It's just like each area has like a different how long an hour it feels. The same way as, like, when you're having fun, you know time flies you when you're having fun. What is that mechanism? And I really always try to understand that. Like, "Well, why does time fly when you're having fun?" Because I didn't want the fun times to, you know, fly by. I wanted the fun times to be the slow times, and I wanted the hard times to be the fast time. I'm kind of getting to a point where I was able to switch that around now. Yes. Time is weird. This time is right. Time heals all wounds. That's true. Time is also like a man made promruct. We have to forget that. Time is something that's based off of entropy now. I like they base it off of like the entropy, how long it takes to certain atom to entrip decay into its isotope or something like that is what is a second is. And I think that's a really weird kind of trippy thing in and of itself. Like, the only way to really measure time is to measure how things are falling apart during the course of time, really. And they used to measure time with, like, in ancient Greece, they had, like,, these vessels that they would filled with water, and there would be a plug at the bottom, and they'd take the plug out and the water would drip out over and a lot in a period of time, and that's how they measure time before clocks. And it's just, like, so weird that we're so focused on, like, the decay rate of, like, the universe itself. living in our lives down to the very last, it's, like, minute, you know, instances of decay. Like, each time an atom, you know, decays into a is it hope. There's another second. And then that's another second, and that's another second, and that's another second. That's so weird. that we need to measure, like, we need to be so angry about it like that. We need, what? It's one of those things. It's just.. Of course, it's necessary to keep things on track, though. You have to look at it like that, but of course, people have to be at places at certain times and this and that, but it gets real difficult for, like, you, yourself, are travelinging through time differently and then you have to readjust to everybody else's time. It always felt like there was like a time outsideider. Like, I'm very physically here, but like, in time or not all always here.. It's just strange that we think it's such a black and white thing, but it's such a beautiful, changeable up to interpretation kind of thing that it's. Why, I just record a podcast on it? I think we're getting towards the end now. This is a pretty chill little session. I meant to take a smoke break, maybe now that we're towards the end, to smoke the food.. I was the purpose for the music.cause this is actually pretty un pretty chill. It's.. music. I don't I don't want myself a name. just can..'s. I'll, I'll wait a minute for low. stop. Maybe while I'm packing cold.. quotes sometime. I also like the music because hopefully. my little burps are being hidden 'cause I'm being a gassy boy right now. I like going good. beach and skateboarding, 'cause like, just getting moving, like, works out all the perks and stuff and conduct the perking move out of the beach. Oh, here's a quote from Adam. The weight I carry never changes. I only get better at caring. I think that's pretty, pretty good, like, summation for what this podcast was about,'cause, like, the weight of time never really changes. You're always still marching forward to time. I might be moving sideways through it, but physically, I'm always moving forward. It's like physically, I'm getting from point to point of point. And I think that it really surmises.. How over time, my perception of time and how I'm able to control it with my own kind of brain. is kind of exemplified in that way, where the weight got easier to carry over the time. I I was able to, you know, withstand time over time. The weight I carry, never really changes all the different things going on and this and that and the perception of time. It never really changes. But how I carry it, how well I I carry it with a smile or not, that will change. I think I thought of that, like. carrying a backpack around every day in school, because the backpack would be really heavy at the beginning of the school year, but at the end of the school year, I still have to see him out of books even more with paper and stuff. But if it was light now. Like the black hat was lighter. Over time, your strengths will grow. You can't really see things in the moment, but looking back, you'd be able to go, "Oh, wow." That's how your brain can move sideways through time, too. You can keep doing things day after day after day, after day. You won't see the changes right in front of you. But then, one day in the future, when you look back on yourself, you look the much proous you made, you would say, "Wow. look at that, look at how the weight I I carried over time changed or look at how fits or that changed. You can really kind of d delve into.... whatever it is that you were working on, and look at how it changed. That's how you could, you know, like I said, move your mind sideways through time. By analyzing your past actions and seeing how they measure up to how you want it to be and all that kinds of stuff. And looking at how well you're able to carry things now that may be younger, you couldn't carry. A gallon of milk, if you want to keep it literal, or just like thoughts and emotions, if you want to get metaphysical with it. Yeah, daily effort, over time, makes that weight a little bit lighter each and every day. And I want to look back, you're like, "Wa, this weight's so light now. You don't even know how you got there sometimes. She's like, I don't even know how I'm gonna get to the end of this podcast. All right, guys. I love you. Keep it easy out there. And peace.
